Custom Property Management has provided Community Association Management services since 1987. We service and assist with the management needs of Condominium Associations, Homeowner Associations and Master Community Associations. Our experience in property management encompasses all types of Associations, from those currently being developed to well established properties. Property configurations range from single homes, townhouses, multi garden homes to mid-rise apartment style homes.
We have developed a Property Management concept that we believe provides a very effective Staff Team geared to provide high quality impressive response time in all areas of management. As a member of the Community Association Institute, we enjoy the training offered within as well as providing our own in-house continuing education programs for our property management staff.
We use cutting-edge technology to process receivables, payables and member receipts to ensure hands-on knowledge at our fingertips to eliminate unnecessary delays, increase our staff's immediate awareness and response to member account balances inquiries.
